If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), the fastest way is to follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you prefer. We'll process your refund for the original item as soon as we receive it.

  • Sale Items: Only regularly priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, items marked as final sale cannot be refunded.
